I went to furniture village, found the table we want, and by luck stumbled upon Joseph James, who had the exact table in stock. The photos looked different to what I had seen in person, so within the hour they sent me pictures and videos.After a helpful WhatsApp chat, I ordered. The service after that is also top notch. Fast delivery, a full video for quality control BEFORE sending.Cannot fault it, this will be my go to for furniture for a long time. I’ve recommended to tonnes of people already. Found a table we liked in Furniture Village. Looked around on the internet and found the identical item £200 cheaper with Joseph James and free delivery (and we live rurally). Live chat manned by a human answered my questions immediately. Contacted with confirmation quickly. Delivery men cheerful and pleasant. Item heavy but put it exactly where we wanted it. After seeing some sofa options online, my partner and I visited the Warrington store to see their range of corner sofas for our new home. James was really helpful in showing us the variety of colours and materials in a sofa range we were interested in. We are really pleased with the overall service and professionalism shown by James. He allowed us to take our time deciding what we wanted without being too pushy. There’s a wide range of sofas for everyone we highly recommend! The salespeople, Sarah and James, we're helpful, friendly and we are incredibly pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend shopping here. Joseph James was recommended by a close relative so we popped into the Stretford store, we was greeted by Sean who went above and beyond to secure us with a set of sofas we loved. Faultless transaction and very stress free! Today, we took delivery of our new couches after just 4 days. Keith and the delivery team were also very helpful in explaining how to disassemble if needed.Can't recommend enough!! Brilliant. I had an excellent experience with Joseph James. I browsed the Stretford branch and then went to Stockport planning to do the same. Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I ended up purchasing a sofa in less than half an hour which I didn't expect as the process was so easy and Matt was so helpful that the whole process was super easy and stress free.
